3. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Rails at the Market Street Well & Amerce them in 5s.

4. John Greenhalgh Junr Blacksmith, Robert Read, Edward Read, David Fisher Son in Law to Mr Huson for assaulting the Pinders in takeing horses from them which had been upon the Marsh contrary to Mr Mayors Ordrs - in 40s. each.

5. Thomas Watson for not repairing his Barn Wall in the back Wiend being of gt. danger & prjudice to her Maities Leige people & do amerce him in 40s.

6. Mr Tho: Rishton for makeing a hole in the said Wiend & Amerce him in 13s. 4d.

7. Mr Alderman Chorley for not repairing the Causey leading from Syke Hill & Amerce in 6s. 8d.

8. Dr Farrington for getting Sods upon the Moor & not laying Muck upon the same & do amerce him in 6s. 8d.

10. Francis Bramwell for putting 3 scab'd horses upon the Comon belonging to this Burrough to the prjudice of the Inhabitants Cattle in 20s.

11. Catherine Johnson for letting her Swine goe loose to the prjudice of Mr Joseph Curtis & do Amerce her in 6s. 8d.

12. Wm Carter for turning his goods to the Comon belonging to this Burrough; he being not a free man & do Amerce him in 40s.

13. Henry Barnes & Stephen Pearson Pinders for Suffering horses, Geese & other goods to goe upon the Marsh & in neglecting their Office, & do amerce them 3s. 4d.

14. John Seed for following & Exercising the Emplomt of a Broker not being a Freeman of this Burrough & do Amerce him in the Sum of forty Shillings.

15. The psons following that did not appear at the last Leet Court having notice given them: vizt.

18. Mr Richard Shutleworth & Mrs Maskoe for turning their beasts to the Marsh & do amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.

19. The psons following who exercise the trade of Butchers & kill Meat in the Comon Shambles in this Town - in being a Comon Nuisance to the Inhabitants of this Burrough.
