1. The Bayliffes of this Burrough for not repairing the Rails at the Well in the Church Gate called Twistletons Well. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in three shillings & four pence.
2. James Green for not Scouring his ditch in Ribleton Lane & if not done before the first of April do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
3. Mr Richd Langton, Dr ffarington, Alderman Sudell, Adam Cooper and John Greenhalgh ffarrier for not repairing their platt going out of Eagergate Lane into New Hall Lane & if not done on or before the first day of April next do amerce them in iijs. iiijd.
4. The Supvisors of the Highways for want of a Rampier over against the Church Gate Almes house & do amerce them in 3s. 4d.
5. John Singleton Dyer for want of Railes to the Pond over agt the Schoole house and for not removing the Middings over agt his house. If not removed & done on or before the first of April next do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
6. Mr Thomas Addison and Mr Richard Cowling for not repairing their platts and Stiles betwixt the house of Corection Lane and Marsh Mill. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.
7. Mr Thomas Martin for not removing a tree out of the Watercourse in Graystock brook and do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
8. Oliver Hatch for not Scouring his ditch in Salter Lane. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce him in iijs. iiijd.
9. Joseph Gurnall for want of a Plat at his field in the same lane and do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
10. Mr Alderman Atherton and Hugh Walker for not Scouring their Ditches in the Higher end of the Same Lane & do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.
11. Mr Alderman Atherton for laying Wood in the Back weend to the obstruccon of the passage in the Streets. If not removed before the twelfth of April next do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
12. Henry Heaton for seting his Cart in the Street called the Back Weend. If not removed before the 12th of April next do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
13. William Lytham for laying Wood & a Midding & seting his Cart in the said Street. If not removed before the twelfth of April next do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
14. Richard Jackson for Wood lying in the Weend over agt the Church and under the Church Wall to the prjudice of the sd Streets. If not removed before the twelfth of April next do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
15. Mr Adam Cooper for not Scouring his ditch next to Parson Peploes. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
16. Mr Alderman Lemon, Mr Molyneux, John Cook and John Chambers for not repaireing their platts in the Sykes by reason whereof the Comon water course is obstructed. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.
17. Thomas Woodburne & John Cook for not repairing the Way leading to the broad Meadow. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
18. Edwd Bradley for not repairing his Hedge in South Meadow Lane and do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
19. David Browne, Henry Heys, Ralph Hollinghead, Mr Thomas Addison, John Hardman, William Melling and Thomas Heardsley for laying their Middings behind the ffisher Gate Barrs. If not removed before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
20. David Browne, Mr Peter Harrison, Mr John Gant and ffrancis Baines for not Seting Railes at their respective Cellar Staires. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
21. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Bridge at the Marsh lying betwixt Preston & Ashton & do amerce them in 6s. 8d.
22. James Holt, James Green and John Riding for laying their muck upon Spitle Moss. If not removed on or before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
23. ffrancis Higham for fleeing a dead horse upon the Same Moss & do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
24. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Shooting Butts at Spitle Moss. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
25. The Bayliffes for not gripping at the Said Moss and do amerce them in 3s. 4d.
26. Mr Parkinson and Thomas Ryley for laying Wood in the Back Lane to the prjudice of that street. If not removed before the twelfth of April next do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
27. Mr Wm Wall for not Seting Railes at his Cellar in the Market place and do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
28. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Cuck Stoole & do amerce them in 3s. 4d.
29. Thomas Turner for taking Stones out of Holmes Slack Lane wch shoud have repaired it & carrying them into another Township and do amerce him in 6s. 8d.
30. John Colly for not repairing his ffence betwixt Mr Walmsleys Land and Mr Athertons lying in the ffryer gate Moor Lane. If not done before the twelfth of April next do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
31. Thomas Leach for throwing a dead dog into a ditch at Avenam being a publick nusance & do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
32. Henry Heys for breaking out the Cawsey behind the ffishergate Barrs by carting over it and do amerce him in 6s. 8d.
