1. The Baliffes of this Towne for not laying a Sufficient Platt for Cart & Carriage over the Channell at Church Gate Barrs the same being dangerous to the Carters & other rideing and Carting that way As also for not repaireing the Cart way & foot way in Cocker Lane leading from Church Gate Barrs to Mr Boltons Barne the same being very much out of repaire and prjudiciall to the Inhabitants passing & repassing that way And do amerce them in fifty shillings if not repaired in a months time.
2. The Bayliffes of this Town for neglecting to repair the Market Street Wall with Railes being very dangerous for all persons passing by in the dark And also for not causeing the Well called the Mince Pit Well to be dressed & cleansed But suffering Doggs, Cattle & other Carrion to ly in the bottam of the said Well Wch causes the Water to Stink & being a ??? & dangerous consequence to all Inhabitants of this Burrough that fetch Water thereat And do amerce them in forty shillings.
3. Mr William Bushell for not repaireing the Stone Stile at ye bottam of Mince pit Weend and not causeing the water course there to be scoured the same obstructing the passage leading to Avenham And do amerce him in twenty shillings if not done in a months time.
4. John Moss and other the Butchers within the Narrow Shambles having Shops and for Slaughtering there and laying the Gutts and blood of their Beasts and other Catle in the public Streets of the Towne adjoyning to the Staires of Thomas Orford? being very nauseous to the Neighbourhood there and do amerce them severally in 13s. 4d.
5. Walter Nelson, Thomas Sharples, Robert Read & Richard Bray the prsent house lookers neglecting to make their returns of the Inmates in their respective divisions within this Corporacon and do amerce them Severally 3s. 4d.
6. Henry Viccars, Robt Salter and Thomas Jackson for not repaireing their Railes in the ffould adjoyning to the Church Gate Barrs suffering the Catle to pass through there yt are bought & sold within this Town to the prjudice of the public Toll belonging to this Corporacon and do amerce them in three shillings four pence a peice.
7. Upon the Information of John Parr one of the Houselookers, We do certifye that the Severall psons following do live in Town as Inmates. vizt.

8. Edwd Bond, Chrofer ffogg and John Hoole for geting of severall great quantities of Whinns upon the Moore without leave and do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.
9. The Severall psons following being above the age of sixteen yeares for not appearing and doing their Suite & Service at thsi Cort Leet having had Sufficient notice & warneing And having no leave for their absence from Mr Recorder And do amerce them severally in 6s. 8d. a peice. vizt.

The Inhabitants of this Towne for not repaireing the Cawsey in the Lane leading to Spittle Moss and also for not repaireing the Lane leading to Rible Bridge ovr agt New Hall Lane and for not repaireing the Lane from New hall to ffishwick And also for not repaireing the severall ways & Cawseys in ffisher Gate & Ribleton Lanes And do amerce the sd Inhabitants in ten pounds for the speedy repair thereof.
11. Thomas Penington for not Scouring his ditch in ffisher Gate Lane leading to Broad Gate being a great annoyance to the Highway and do amerce him in xxs.
12. Mr Alderman Sudell for not Scouring his ditch in ffishergate Lane leading to Broad Gate end, the same being a great Annoyance to the publick High way And do amerce him in xxs.
13. Nicholas Starkie Esqre, Mr Alderman Lemon, George Clark, Henry Bramwell, Richard Myers & John Bayley all for geting of Sodds upon the Peele Moore & other ptes of the Comons belonging to this Corporation And do amerce them severally in xxs. a peice.
14. Thomas Watson for not Scoureing his Barne Wall Standing in the Back Weend being ready to fall & very dangerous to all psons travelling yt way And do amerce him in xxs. if not done in a months time.
