3. The Supvisors of the High Ways for not repaireing & seting a Rail at Swillbrooke bridge & if not done within the time aforesd to pay 3s. 4d.
4. Richd Gradwell for laying his Wood in the ffryer Gate Street and if not removed within the time aforesd We do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
5. John Jameson, Richard Taylor, Robert Gurnall and Stephen Pearson for laying their Middings at the ffryer gate Barr if not removed before the next Cort Leet We do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

8. Richard Cowband for not Scouring the Lane end leading into the Sykes near the house of Correction and do amerce him in 6s. 8d.
9. Mr James Clifton for building a Brick Wall betwixt Ashton & Preston for wch We amerce him in ten shillings.
10. The Supvisors of the High Ways for not laying a Bridge over graystock brook and for not repaireing the Way betwixt the Moor Yate & the Moor Brow if not done before the next Cort Leet We do amerce them in 6s. 8d.
11. Mr William Patten for not Scouring his ditch and laying a Midding in Salter Lane and John Kay for laying a Midding in the sd Lane & Wm Helme for not scouring his ditch & do amerce them if not removed by the time above sd in 3s. 4. a peice.
12. ffrancis Bramwell for laying Clay and Rubbish in Salter Lane & do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
13. Wm Lytham for laying a Midding in St Johns Weend and do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
14. Mr Starkie and Mr Adam Cooper for laying their Middings in the School house Lane and John Singleton for the like and for not Scouring his Ditch by his dying? Well, We do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
15. Mr Cowling and Mr Adam Cooper for not Scouring their ditches by Mr Peploes. John Singleton and Mr Chorley for laying their Middings at Syke Hill. John Parr for not mending the tile at Sykes and platts there and George Threlfall for not Scouring his Ditch there if not done as above. We do amerce them in three Shillings four pence a peice.

17. Mr ffranks for not Scouring his ditches on both sides the North Meadow Lane and do amerce him in three shillings & four pence.
18. John Cook for not amending the way by Crook Acker Gate and do amerce him in 3s. 4d.
19. Mr Alderman Sudell for not repaireing the Banck head in ffisher gate Lane and Mr Bellingham for not Scouring his ditch there. Mr Sharples, Wm Hodgkinson, Mr Wall, James Green, John Barker, James Hodgkinson, Tho Bancks, David Browne, Mr Thornton and Henry Heys for not cleansing & Scouring their Ditches there We do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
20. John Hardman for laying his Wood in ffisher Gate Lane. Mr Mayor, Mr Winckley, John Hardman & Wm Hodgkinson for laying their Middings there for wch we do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
21. Henry Heys, James Hodgkinson. George Birchall, John Cook and Mr Stanley for laying their Middings within the ffisher Gate Barrs And we prsent the Bayliffes for not repaireing the Street there and do amerce them all in 3s. 4d a peice.
22. Wm Shaw Joyner & Thomas Bradley for laying Wood in the sd Street and do amerce them in 3s. 4d a peice.
23. The Bayliffes for not seting Railes at the ffisher Gate Well and do amerce them in 6s. 8d.
24. Mrs Lebeg, David Brown, Mr Winckley, Mr Orme, Mrs Walton and Mr Evan Howson for want of Railes to their Cellars & do amerce them in 3s. 4d.
25. The Bayliffes for not hanging a Yate leading to the Moore & want of a Cucking Stoole and do amerce them in 6s. 8d.
26. Richd Gradwell Wheelwright for leting the Earth fall into the High way in the Marsh Lane and do amerce him in 6s. 8d. And the Bayliffes for not laying a platt at the end of the Marsh leading to the Boat houses.
27. The Supvisors of the High way for not repaireing the High way on Spitle Moss and Robt Read for not Scouring his ditch at Spittle Moss to the begining of Marsh Lane and do amerce them severall in 3s. 4d.
28. James Green for laying his Midding in the Street. Mr Hayhurst for laying Wood at the Townend. Henry Barnes, John Whalley, Tho: Haslingdon, Hugh Gurnall, Wm Charnock, James Harrison, Henry Leach, Mr Kitchen, John Colly, Mr Gradwell, Hugh Swansey, Chrofer Pearson, Edmund Darligton, John Sharples, Mr Bellingham, Thomas Greenhalgh, Mr Molyneux and John Walton for laying Middings and Wood in the Back Fryer Lane and St Johns Weend if not removed within the time above mencd.
