My numbering
1. The Supvisors of the high Way for not repaireing a foot Rampert that leadeth from Graystock Lane to the Spittle Moss & for want of a foot Rampert in Moor Lane and want of Setting of Stoops and not repairing the Lane and do amerce them in three shillings and four pence if not done before the first of March next.
2. Thomas Higham for an Incroachmt of his Garden Hedge upon Joseph Tomlinson and do amerce him in fifty shillings if not removed before the first of March next.
3. John Walker Tenant to William Walmsley for not laying a Bridge at the end of his Garden leading to Tulketh Hall & do amerce him in Six Shillings Eight pence if not done in three weeks time.
4. The Supvisors of the high Way for not repaireing the Way coming from Church Gate Moore and do amerce them in Six shillings Eight pence if not done before the fourteenth of March next.
5. Hugh Gurnall for laying Rubbish in the Street and do amerce him in Six Shillings Eight pence if not removed in a fortnight.
6. Richd Cowband for leting Clay ly in the Street over agt the Browne Channell & do amerce him in Six shillings Eight pence if not removed in ten days.
7. The Severall psons here undrwritten for not Enrolling their Apprentices according to Guild Ordr made in that behalfe & do amerce them in three shillings four pence each.

That the ffisher Gate Lane, The Road to Spitle Moss, ffryer Gate Lane leading to the Moor, Ribleton Lane, the Lane leading to ffishwich, the Lane leading to Swill brook and the Severall Cawseys and Ramparts in the said Lanes being all publick high ways within the Said Burrough and the liberties thereof are very much our of repaire and in decay and in some places scarce passable. We do therefore amerce the Inhabitants of the Said Burrough in the Sume of twenty pounds towards the repaire thereof if the same be not repaired on or before June next.
