2. The Supvisors of the High ways for not repaireing the platt & seting up stoops in Ribleton Lane for prservation fo the Cawsey & do amerce them in Six Shillings & Eight pence.

3. Richard Cowband for not Scouring his ditch in Alley Lane & do amerce him in three shillings and four pence.

4. Mr Alderman Addison, Mr James Clifton & Richard Cowband for not repaireing the Stiles undr Welshman Brow leading from the house of Corection Lane to the Marsh Lane and do amerce them in three shillings and four pence.

5. Mr Richard Whitehead, John Walton and William Helme for not scouring their Ditches in Salter Lane & do amerce them in three shilling & four pence a peice.

6. Robert Welshman, Mr Wm Prescot, Mrs Mary Martin, Edward Ryley, Alderman Harrison, James Drinkwater, John Levagne, Mrs Ann Cottam, Jane Horrocks and Mrs Walton for not repairing their Railes at their Cellar Staires and do amerce them in two shillings & six pence a peice.

9. James Hodgkinson for laying a Midding in the open Street within the ffisher Gate Barrs & do amerce him in iijs. iiijd.

10. The Supvisors of the High ways for not repairing the Cawsey in the ffishergate and do amerce them in Six Shillings Eight pence.

11. Widow Richardson for laying old Thatch in the ffisher Gate Street & not removing the Same & do amerce her in iijs. iiijd.

12. William Gregson Taylor for an Incroachmt at the end of his Garden in the Back Weend adjoyning to St. Johns Lane & do amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.

13. Henry Barnes & Stephen Pearson the Pinders for Suffering catle to pasture on the Marsh, the Owners of Such Catle not being ffree Burgesses of this Corporation and do amerce them in 5s. a peice.

14. The Bayliffes for not repaireing the Townes Clock and do amerce them in ten shillings.

15. John Greenough Senr Farrier for habouring loose, idle, disorderly psons as vagabonds, pick pockets, horse Stealers and do amerce him for it in twenty shillings.

16. The Supvisors fo the High ways for not repaireing the ffryer Lane and do amerce them in thirteen Shillings and four pence.

17. Mr Thomas Martin for not repaireing the litle foot bridge leading to Doe Banck and do amerce him in two shillings and six pence.
