3. Mrs Martin the eldr for want of Railes at her Cellar wch if not done at or before the time aforesd wee amerce her in 3s. 4d.

4. Mr Gradwell for want of Railes at his Cellar undr John Collys if new ones be not set in or before the time aforesd Wee amerce him in 3s. 4d.

5. Mr Wm Parkinson for want of Railes at his Cellar & do amerce him in 3s. 4d if not done by the time aforesaid.

6. Thomas ffoster Esqre that he cause new Railes before his Cellar to be set by the time aforesd or wee amerce him in 6s. 8d.

19. Mr Hodges for not seting a Stile between Spittle Moss and the field between Towne & Maudlands & if he cause not a Stile to be set there betwixt and the twenty fifth of March next wee amerce him in 3s. 4d.
