1. The Bayliffes for not Staking and Radling Cocker hole. Adam Cooper for not Scouring their Ditches at Syke hill and Agnes Trees & Mr Chorley for laying their Midings there wch if not removed and done before the 20th of April next we fine them in Six shillings Eight pence a peice.
2. Widow Hugall for not repairing the Way at bottam of Almes house Lane.
3. Mr Winckley and Widow ffarington for not Scouring their Ditches in Broad Meadow Lane.
4. John Thorp, David Browne, Mr ffrancks, Wm Charnock, Mr Shaw, Justice ffoster, John Rhodes, John Greenough blacksmith, Sir Chrofer Greenfield and James Green for not scouring their Ditches in South meadow Lane and doe ordr the same to be done before the 20th of April next or fine them in 6s. 8d. a peice.
5. John Woods and James Lorrimer for not opening their platts in the said Lane and do ordr the same to be done before the 20th April next or fine them in 13s. 4d. a peice.
6. David Browne, Mr ffrancks and Thomas Hodgkinson for not Scouring their Ditches in North Meadow Lane wch if not done before the 20th of April next do fine them in 6s. 8d. a peice.
7. Mr Hayhurst and Mr Huson for not Scouring their ditches at Broad Meadow Gate End if not done before the 20th of April next do amerce them in 6s. 8d. a peice.
8. The Supvisors of the high ways for not repairing the way in Broadgate Lane & ordr it to be done before the 20th of May next on paine of 13s. 4d.
9. John Rhodes for not scouring his ditch at Spring head wch if not done before the 20th of April next do amerce him in vjs. viijd.
10. The Supervisors of the High ways for not Radling & Staking at Spring head and do amerce them in 13s. 4d. if not done before the 20th of April next.

Mr Alderman Addison, Mr Whittiker, James Lorrimer, Mr Curtis, Edwd Bradley, Mr Winckley, John Haydock, Mr Chaddock, Mr Massey, Mr Stanley, Wm Melling, Wm Hodgkinson & David Browne & do ordr them to remove the same on or before the 20th of April next or fine them in 6s. 8d a peice.
14. John Hardman, James Hodgkinson, Mr Ralph Tyldesley & John Cook for laying their Midings within the Barrs and ordr them to be removed in Eight days otherwise to be taken away by the Scavenger.
15. John Jameson, Widow Graystock and Robert Graystock for laying their Dunghills without the ffryer Gate Barrs and order them to be removed before the 20th of April next or fine them in 6s. 8d. apeice.
16. Mr Walmsley of Poulton for not drawing his ditch at the further side of his Meadow in ffryer Lane and Mr Gradwell and Mr Addison for not opening their ditches at the Marsh side & do ordr them to be done before the 20th of April next or fine them in 6s. 8d. a peice.
17. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Calls at the Marsh side and ordr them to be done on or before the first of May of fine them in 13s. 4d a peice.
18. Robt Pilkington for not removing a Midding near Mr Cliftons & ordr it be taken away before the 20th of April or fine him in 6s. 8d.
19. The Supvisors of the high ways for not repairing the high way betwixt the Moor Yate & the Cawsey upon the Moor and ordr it to be done on or before the first of May next or fine them in 1li. 6s. 8d.
20. Mr Baliffe Wall for a Midding lying at Moor Yate & ordr it to be removed before the 20th of April next or amerced in 6s. 8d.
21. Wm Helme and John Walton & Wm Lytham for not scouring their Ditches in Salter Lane & Mr Whitehead and Mr Patten for not removeing their Middings in the same Lane.
22. Geo: Withnall for a house of Office Standing in the high way at the head end of St Johns Weend wch is a great Annoyance to the Neighbourhood and do order it to be be taken care of on or before the 25th of March next or do fine him in 1li. 6s. 8d.
23. Mr Wall of the Hyde Hill, Mr Howson & Robt Welshman not railing their Cellar Staires if not done before 25th of March next do fine them in 6s. 8d. a peice.

43. Ben: Clarkson for not Scouring his ditch & repairing his fence on the East side of the Intackes now in possion of Mr Evan Wall & do ordr the same to be done on or before the 20th of March next or fine him in 20s.
44. Mrs ffarington Widow for not Scouring the Ditch and opening the Water course at the head of the first field on the North side the Lane leading betwixt Sherburnes & the Hulmes Slack & so downwards to the Moor brook and do ordr the same to be done on or before the first of April next or fine her in 20s.
45. The Occupiers of Blundells Lands late in possion of Thomas Moss for want of a Sufficient Bridge & rail over the Brook in the footway leading to Banester Barne & do ordr the same to be repaired on or before the first of May or fine them in 13s. 4d.
46. Frances Bramwell for turning the usuall foot Way at the North End of the Whitikers and do Ordr him to open the same on or before the 10th of May next or fine him in 20s.
