1. Randulph Sherlicarr & John Clayton for seting & leting their Carts Stand in the Streets in the night time & do amerce them for such offence in 3s. 4d. apeice.

2. Peter Graystock & George Graystock for rescueing Cattle from the pindrs wch were driving to the ffould & do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

3. The Supvisors of the High ways for not laying a bridge over Graystock brook for wch offence they have been formerly prsented & nothing yet done therefore wee fine them in 13s. 4d.

4. Richard Graystocks wife & Alice Graystock for washing pudding Skins in the Lower Well in the Fryer Gate & do ffine them in 3s. 4s a peice.

5. Mr James Clifton for turning the water course at the Street near the Marsh out of its usuall course to the Damage of the Queens high way wch if not amended & turned in its usuall course in ten day time wee fine him in 20s.

6. That the ffisher Gate lane, Ribleton Lane, the Lane Cawsey & Rampier leading to Rible Bridge, the Moor Lane and the other publick high ways within the Town of Preston & the libties thereof to be in decay & much out of repair. Therefore for the necessary reparation thereof wee amerced the Inhabitants of Preston aforesd in the Sume of Eight pounds.

7. The persons following for not Seting Railes at their respective Celler Staires. vizt.

Mr Alderman Lemon, Mr Evan Howson, Mr Ben: Whitehead, John Hugall, Widow Simpson, Robt. Welshman, Tho: Yates, John Greenhalgh Farrier and do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

8. Widow Cumerall in 3s. 4d. for harbouring loose, idle and disorderly people & pticularly one Widow Norcross & her three Children as also Henry Graystock and Alice Graystock for harbouring idle persons and do amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

9. Wm Lytham Scavenger for harbouring a Woman & a boy & do amerce him in three shillings four pence they having no legall Setlemt here.

10. The psons following are come to live & Inhabit within this Town being neither ffreeman nor having any legall Setlemt here therefore to be removed out of this Town as the Mayor & Comon Councel think fiting least they become chargeable. vizt.

In the Fryer Gate Wm Carter at Banester Barn, John Walker at the Hoole house, Richd Woodhouse & his wife. In the Church Gate Robert Hearth?, Alexandr Haworth, Wm Jackson Taylor & Elizabeth Moreton widow.

11. The sevrall psons and tradesmen following have each of them one or more Apprentices who have served them above a month yet they have take[n] no care to enter & enroll them according to an Ordr of the last Guild Merchant, therefore we amerce them severally in 3s. 4d. a peice.
