1. The Supvisors of the high ways for not laying a bridge over Graystock brook in Lancaster Lane wch if not done in ten days time do Amerce them in ten shillings.

2. The said Supvisors for not keeping the brooke at North Moor Yate in its usuall course and do amerce them in twenty shillings.

3. The sd Supvisors for seting the Stoops at ffryer Gate Barrs too high being very prjudiciall to Loaden horses in waring their Sacks and do Amerce them in forty shillings.

4. James Noblet for erecting a house of Office in St Johns Lane to the Nusance of the Neighbourhood & do amerce him in xxs.

5. Mr Wm Wall for not repaireing his Cawsey & not removing his midding in St Johns Weend and do amerce him in fifty shillings.

6. Mary Woods Widow for not raleing about her Seller in the aforesaid Weend and do amerce her in ten shillings.

7. Mr Patten, Mr Parkinson, Thomas Greenhalgh, Tho: Ryley, James Garstang, John Hodgkinson and Tho: Ryding for not mending their Cawseys and removing their Dunghills and do amerce in twenty shillings a peice if not done in ten days time.

8. The Bayliffes for not paveing the Cawsey within ffisher Gate Barrs and do amerce them in fifty shillings if not done in thirteen days time.

9. Mr Ralph Tyldesley, John Hardman and John Hodgkinson for laying their Middings in the said Street last mencd and do amerce in Six Shillings Eight pence a peice if not done in fifteen days time.

10. Thomas Walmsley & Richd Whittle for not scouring their Ditches adjoyning to Richd Brays Garden and do amerce them in Six shillings Eight pence a peice if not done before the 26th of ffebruary next.

11. John Walton for not making his ffence betwixt him and Henry Crook and do amerce him in Six shillings Eight pence if not done on or before the 26th of ffebruary next.

12. Richard Cowband for not Scouring his ditch adjoyning to Mr Gradwells feild called Rivington feild near Newwell brow and is prjudiciall to Madam Patten in stoping the water course runing to the Dam and also for not laying platts over the said water course wch if not done on or before the twenty sixth of ffebruary next wee do amerce him in twenty shillings.

13. Alderman Addison for not Scouring his ditch and seting Stiles and laying platts at the upper end of his meadows at the North side of the ffoot way leading to the Mill damm and do amerce him in ten shillings if not done on or before the twenty sixth of ffebruary next.

14. Upon our own view That the psons following have noe rail rents the same being removed or quite let downe. vizt.

George Drinkwater, Tho: Walmsley decd, Ann Catterall, Exectrs of Tho: Addison, Madam Pricket, Mr Winckley for Mr Whittakers house, Robert Welshman, John Hugall & yt there is no Incroachmt at Evan Hodgkinsons the same being at Henry Bullens & for by him and thereforsd Wee conceive the Severall matters aforesd ought to be struck out of ye Towns rentally.

15. Mr Stanley of the house of Coreccon and Ann Sedden for not Scouring their ditches adjoyning to Bellfounder feild if not done before the 26th of ffebruary next do amerce them in 3s 4d a peice.

16. Robert Welshman for want of Railes at his Sellar undr Mr Gaunts shop and do amerce him in Six Shillings Eight pence if not done in ten days.

17. Mr Evan Howson, Wm Slater, Lawrence Simpson, William Abbot and old Mrs Martin for not seting Railes at their respective Sellars in the Market Street and do amerce them in Six shillings Eight pence a peice if not done in ten days time.

18. Henry Merry for stoping his watercourse wch should and ought to run through his Stable from the Water Willows being prjudiciall to Mr Sudell, John Bostock and others of his neighbours and do amerce him in twenty shillings if not done in ten days time.

19. Thomas Santer for not making his ffence and Scouring his ditch betwixt Maudland Croft and Bell ffounders feild & do amerce him in twenty shillings if not done in ten days time.

20. The psons following as Inmates vizt.

John Caton, Robt Heath, Nicholas Windle, John Johnson & his wife, Ellen wife of Rbt Noblet, William Carter Roy & John Walton at Leach house.

21. David Browne for leting his ffence lye downe betwixt himself and Chrofer Blackledge Garden and also his Swine coming into his neighbours Garden and do amerce him in Six shillings Eight pence.

22. Chrofer Blakledge for leting his Swine go in the Streets (and telling the Jury they should do so) & do amerce him for wilfull offence in twenty shillings.

23. Richd fforshaw being one of this Jury for wilfully withdrawing himselfe from his ffellows & not attending the Jury Service when desired & Summoned & do amerce him in ten shillings.
