3. The same George Eastham for keepeing an unlawfull dogg unmusled being accustomed to bite people & run att horses as they pass to Ribble bridge.

4. William Cowling & Will Rishton for their middings lyeing before theire doores att Churchgate Townend and that they remove the same before the first of May next or fine them in six shillings and eight pence a peece.

5. The severall psons following for letting middings lye att the Churchgate Townend and that they remove the same before the said first of May or fine them in six shillings and eight pence a peece. vizt.

10. William Cowpe of Ribbleton for layeing A midding in the said Lane and if hee remove not the same before the first of May next doe fine him in Tenn shillings.

11. The severall psons followeing for not scoureing their ditches and Cutting their hedges in the Lane betwixt Ribbleton Lane and Newhall Lane called deager gate lane and if not done betwixt and the first of May next doe fine them in six shillings and eight pence a peece. vizt.

13. The supvisors of the highway that they repaire the Cawseys in Newhall Lane and the Lane from Graystock house to Swillbrooke and the Lane and Ramper betwixt Newhall Lane and Swillbrooke & Toogood Lane and if not done betwixt and the first of August next doe fine them in fforty shillings.

14. The severall psons followeing for laying middings in Newhall Lane and doe order them to remove the same before the first of May next or fine them in six shillings and eight pence apeece. vizt.

15. Thomas Lever for Carting over the Cawsey in Newhall Lane and doe fine him in six shillings and eight pence.

16. Lawyer Patten and Thomas Lever for not scouring their ditches and lopping their hedges to their Closes betwixt Newhall Lane and Swillbrook and for not opening Swillbrook and if not done betwixt and the first of May next doe fine them in Thirteen shillings and four pence apeece.

17. Lawyer Patten that hee sett a stile and lay the platt even lyeing betwixt his Close and Swillbrooke and if not done betwixt and the first of May next doe fine him in six shillings and eight pence.

18. Chrofer Jackson that hee Amend the Causey leading betwixt the Topp of Swilbrooke and the bottom of the foot way to the bridge and that hee repaire the same betwixt and the first of May next or fine him in Tenn shillings.

19. Joseph Bennett for not scoureing his ditch and Cutting his fence in the said way and that hee doe the same betwixt and the time aforesaid or fine him in six shillings and eight pence.

20. Richard fforshaw for not lopping his hedge to his Close lyeing to Corkerhole and If not done betwixt and the first of May next doe fine him in six shillings and eight pence.

21. James Johnson alias Wasle for not scoureing his watercourse and fencing his hedge in Stony gate and if not done betwixt and the first of May next or fine him in six shillings and eight pence.

22. The severall psons following for letting their middings lye in the street in the ffryergate and att the sd Townend and if not removed betwixt and the first of May next doe fine them in six shillings and eight pence a peece. vizt.

23. William Helme for letting wood lye in the said street and that hee remove the same by the time aforesaid or fine him in six shillings and eight pence.

24. Robert Toogood for a midding in ffryerlane and Evan Huson for not soughing a Sough in the said Lane and the sd Evan Huson and Thomas Addison for not scoureing their watercourse in the said Lane and if the midding bee not removed and the ditches scoured and the sough opened betweene and the first of May doe fine them in Six shillings and eight pence a peece.

25. The Bayliffes that they repaire the Calls upon the Marsh and Repaire the Butts upon Spittle mosse and scoure the watercourse to the Sike trough and if the Butts bee not mended and the watercourse scowred betwixt & the first of May next and the Calls amended betwixt and the first of August next doe fine them in five pounds.

26. Thomas Patten Esqre for not repaireing the watercourse from Marsh Mill and If not done betwixt and the first of August next fine him in Twenty shillings.

27. Richard Crosse for not scowring a watercourse in the wrench? Croft and that hee doe the same betwixt and the first of May next or fine him in Tenn shillings.

28. The Bayliffes for not repaireing the Ramper and keeping it in Repaire at the Corker hole and doe Amerce them in Tenn shillings If not amended on or before the first of May next.

29. Adam Cooper for layeing A middinstid in the Lane Leading to the Schoole house and doe Amerce him in the sume of Six shillings and eight pence If not removed On or before the first day of May next.

30. Alderman Werden and Richard Kendall for layeing their middingstids upon the wast ground before Kendalls and doe Amerce them in the severall Sums of Six shillings and eight pence apeece If not removed On or before the first day of May next.

31. Alderman Werden and Adam Cooper for not scowering their ditches in the Lane Leading from the School house to Aynam and doe Amerce them in the severall sumes of Six shillings and eight pence If the same bee not scowered On or before the first day of May next.

32. James Wasle for not laying Open the watercourse neare Titmouse Barne wch Runns through his garden & doe Amerce him in the sumes of Six shillings and eight pence if not opened on or before the first day of May next.

33. Thomas Lodge gen, Mr Birch, James Clayton and Mr John Chorley for layeing their middingstids in the Lane betwixt the Schoole house and Aynam and doe Amerce them in the sums of Six shillings and eight pence apeece If not removed On or before the first day of May next.

34. Thomas Yates, Thomas Bostocke, Mr John Chorley and John Colly for not scowering their ditches below their Crofts or gardens adjoyning to the Sikes and doe Amerce them in the sums of Six shillings and eight pence apeece If the same bee not clensed on or before the first day of May next.

35. The Bayliffes for not Repaireing the foot way goeing up to Syke hill, the Ramper att the Sikes & scowring the ditch, the foot way going up to Aynam, for not raising the foot bridge there and for not removeing a midding or Rubbige that leys neare minspitt well and doe amerce them in fforty shillings If not amended on or before the first day of May next.

36. Roger Sudell senr for laying a middinsted in and neare minspit weend and doe Amerce him in the sum of Six shillings and eight pence If the same bee not removed On or before the first day of May next.

37. Richard Spencer Esqre, Edmund Kelsall, Mr Thomas Clayton, Tho: Beccet, Chrofer Pearson, Hugh Walker and John Greenwood smith for not scowering their ditches in and adjoyning to the Sykes and doe Amerce them in the sums of Six shillings and eight pence apeece If the same bee not Opened On or before the first day of May next.

38. Widdow Hugell for not opening her ditch & repaireing the way att the end of the Sykes leading to the broad meadow and doe Amerce her in the sum of Six shillings and eight pence If the same be not repaired and amended On or before the first day of May next.

39. John Cooke for not scowering the ditches of his field lyeing betwixt widdow Hugells feild & the broad meadow and doe Amerce him in the sums of Six shillings and eight pence If the said ditches be not scowred On or before the first day of May next.

40. Thomas Woodborne & Katherine Powell for not scowering their ditches (being prejudiciall to the way leading to the boate house att the botom of their severall Closes and doe Amerce them in the sums of Six shillings and eight pence apeece If the same be not amended On or before the first day of May next.

41. These psons following for not scowring their ditches, Opening their watercourses and not lopping their hedges att the bottam of their severall Closes lyeing at or neare the South and North meadow Lane soe that the said Lane for want thereof is part Overflowed with water and soe not passable and doe Amerce them severall sumes hereafter menconed vizt.

44. These psons followeing for not paveing the Causes before their barnes or stable Doores in the ffishergate Lane. vizt.

Alderman Addison, John Hodgkinson, Willm Bradley, Mr Winckley and Mr ffrancks and doe Amerce them in the sume six shillings and eight pence a peece If the same bee not amended On or before the first day of May next.

45. Alderman Addison for not laying open a watercourse att the side of Roper Croft and doe Amerce him in the sume of six shillings and eight pence If the same bee not opened On or before the first day of May next.

46. Mr William Lemon for Converting to his own use and layeing severall stones att the bottom of a meadow or Close of his adjoyning to the South meadow Lane which stones formerly belonged to a plat in the South meadow Lane neare his said ground and doe amerce him in the sume of six shillings and eight pence if hee doe not bring the said stone to the said plat to bee made use of for the Repaire of it On or before the first day of May next.

47. The Bayliffes for not Repaireing the fryergate and Churchgate moore yate and the hedges thereunto belonging and doe Amerce them in the sume of Thirteen shillings and four pence If the same bee not amended On or before the first day of May next.

48. Mr Martin, Chrofer Moone & Robert Revald for keeping 2 mastis doggs and a bitch unmuselled haveing runne att & bitten severall people and doe amerce them in the sume of six shillings and eight pence a peece.

49. Richard Cowband for not scoweing his ditch adjoyning to the Close called new meadow now in possion of Mr Tho: Werden lyeing and adjoyning to the Marsh and doe Amerce him in the sume of six shillings and eight pence If not scowred on or before the first day of May next.

50. Richard Myers and John Bayley for digging up the Moore too neare the highway goein up to the Peele Moore soe that it is scarse passable by reason thereof And soe doe Amerce them in the sume of Twenty shillings.

51. Luke Hodgkinson for suffering his ffence to lye downe in his Close adjoyning to Peele moore doe amerce him in the Sume of six shillings and eight pence If the same bee not made upp on or before the first day of May next.

52. The psons who ought to Repaire the Ramper on Peele Moore for not keepeing the same in Repaire and doe Amerce them in the Sume of Thirteen shillings and four pence If the same bee not repaired on or before the first day of May next.

53. Henry Parr and Hugh Tootell viewer of fish and flesh for not Executing their Office but suffering Rotten mutten and unseasonalble fish to be sould in the publique market and doe Amerce them in the sume of Thirteene shillings a peece.

54. Mr James Clifton for Turning the watercourse out of the Antient way into Tulketh Lane and If not turned right betwixt and the first of June next doe fine him in Tenn shillings.

55. Richard Crosse and William Walmsley for letting middings lye upon Spittle Mosse and If not removed betwixt and the first of May next doe fine them in Six shillings and eight pence a peece.

56. The pinders for letting goods escape out of the pinfould without ordr and doe referr them to the Jury Leete as to their fine.

57. The psons followeing for letting their middings lye in the back weend and St. Johns Lane and doe fine them in six shillings and eight pence apeece If not done betwixt and the first of May next. vizt.

Chrofer Jackson for opening a New Doore out of his barne and putting new lights into the Garden of Alexander Johnson Esqre being a great nusance to the same by blowing Chaffe into his garden to the great damage thereof and doe fine him in Thirteen shillings and four pence If hee doe not amend the same att or before the first of May next.

59. Henry Turnley for not repaireing the fence betwixt his house in the ffryergate in possession of John Bamber and others and the house of Isabell Rimmer widdow being much in decay and If not repaired betwixt and the first of May next doe fine him in Thirteen shillings and four pence.

60. Henry Turnley for his house of Office att the back of his house in ffishergate being a great Annoyance to the house of Alderman Lemon the nasty stuffe drenching through his wall and that hee Amend the same betwixt and the first of June next or fine him in Thirteen shillings and four pence.

61. William Walmesley that hee sett a sufficient bridge and raise it upp soe that it may bee A good footeway over Graystocke brooke in the way lyeing betwixt Preston and Ashton being often over flowed, the same being formerly prsented by the Leete and yet not done and If not done betwixt and the first of May next doe fine him in Thirteen shillings and four pence.

62. Ann Birches widdow for letting the stuffe that comes from the house of Office and the middin runn into Minspitt weend being a very great Neusance to the said weend by the stench thereof and doe Order the same to be stopped or removed betwixt and the first of May next or doe fine her in Thirteene shillings and four pence.

63. The severall psons followeing being Occupiers or Owners of Land in Salter Lane for not scowring their ditches and lopping their hedges adjoyning to their Lands and If not scowred or lopped betwixt and the first of May next doe fine them in six shillings and eight pence epeece. vizt.
