1. The psons followeing for not repaireing their Cawseys on the North side of St. Johns Weend lying before theire Barnes and if not done before the first of June next doe fine them in thirteen shillings four pence a peece vizt.

2. The supvisors of this Townee that they repaire the severall highwayes belonging to this Towne and that they repaire them at or before the 24 of June next upon paine of five pounds.

3. The severall psons followeing for letting their middings lye before theire doores at Churchgate Townend and fine them in Tenn shillings a piece if not removed betwixt & the Twentieth of Aprill next.

4. The foote way leading to Swill brooke and doe present Chrofer Jackson for not repaireing the same and if not repaired betwixt and the Tenth of May next doe fine him in Thirteen shillings and four pence.

5. The severall psons followeing that they scowre their ditches lyeing to the Highway in Ribleton Lane and fine them in Tenn shillings a piece if not scowred betwixt and the Twentieth of April next vizt. The Occupiers of two closes formerly Mr Blackhursts and a ditch lyeing to a Close oppisite belonging to Alderman Sudell.

6. Alderman Werden & the rest of the psons who ought to repaire the way betwixt schoole house and Syke hill being very much in decay and if not repaired betwixt and the Twentieth of May next upon paine of Six shillingss eight pence a piece.

7. Corter? Greenhalgh & Henry Wilson that they scowre the watercourse betwixt Ryding hey & the Sykes and if not scowred betwixt and the first of May next doe fine them in Tenn shillings a peice.

7. (sic) Alderman Addison that hee remove his wood lyeing att ffishergate Townend at or before ye Twentieth of May next upon paine of Thirteen shillings four pence.

8. The psons following for letting their middings lye in the highway att ffisher gate Townend and if not removed betwixt and the first of May next doe fine them in thirteen shillings & four pence a piece vzt.

William Walmsley for not scowring the watercourse runing betwixt Marsh well and downe littel bugg mire holes whereby the Highway becomes very full of water and if it bee not scowred and a platt laid over betwixt and the Twentieth of Aprill next upon paine of One pound six shillings & eight pence.

10. Edward Walker that hee scowre his watercourse lyeing betwixt Viccaridge croft and Salter lane which is to the great prjudice to the lane, and doe fine him in Thirteen shillings and four pence if not scowred betwixt and the first of May next.

11. Richard Jackson for not repairing his ffence lyeing betwixt A Close in his possion and A Close in the possion of Mr Luke Hodgkinson lyeing betwixt the Broomfield and neere the Peele moore and doe fine him in thirteen shillings and four pence if not repaired betwixt & the first of May next.

12. Thomas Lever for not scowring the ditch lyeing betwixt his Close formerly Mr. Kelletts lyeing in Ribleton lane and A close in the possion of Lawyer Patten and if not scowred betwixt and the first of May next doe fine him in thirteen shillings and four pence.

13. The Bayliffs that they Topp the Calls lyeing upon the Marsh and if not done betwixt and the first of August next doe fine them in five pounds.

14. The Overseers of the highway that they lay even Davell bridge and raise the same and that they doe amend the same betwixt and 24th of June next upon paine of thirteen shillings and four pence.

15. The house lookers belonging to this Towne for not doeing their duty in not returning an account of what inmates are in their severall divisions and if they doe not returne an account to Mr. Maior on the next Jury leete betwixt and the Twentith of Aprill next doe fine them in Thirteen shillings and four pence a piece.

16. Richard Cowband for letting his wood lye in the street over agt Mr James Hodgsons shopp and doe order him to remove the same betwixt and the Tenth of Aprill next upon paine of Six shillings eight pence.

17. George Birchall that hee lopp his hedge lyeing to his close in ffishergate lane and doe order him to lopp the same before the 15th of Aprill next upon paine of Tenn shillings.

18. The Bayliffs that they repaire the Bridge at the ffistergate lane end before & the first of May next upon paine of thirteen shillings and four pence.

19. John Dawson and George Birchall that they scowre the ditch goeing from the spring upon the hill in broadgate lane through their Closes and that they scowre and open the same upon or before the first of May next upon paine of six shillings and eight pence a piece.
