4. Mr Thomas Macking? & Wm Walmesley yt they Scoure their Ditch & lay a platt or ffootbridge att ye West End of Bog Myre Holes opposit to the marsh well being as wee suppose one Cause of ye bad way there about & yt they amend ye Same betwixt & ye 2^nd of ffebruary or Amerce them in 20s each.

5. Ye Supervisors yt they amend ye part of ye Marsh Lane neare ye well being formerly prsented in ye prsentmt of ye last Leet & if its not done att or before ye 2^nd of ffebruary not onely to pay 20s formerly lade uppon them but 40s more.

6. John Woods for settinge a wood stoope in ye High way over against his house neare Tenter Hey steele & yt he remove ye same att or before ye 2^nd of ffebry or pay 3s. 4d.

7. The C[l]oses on ye north side of St Johns weend are out of repaire & that the psons undr named doe repaire them severally before there houses & Barnes att or before ye 21^st day of January next and whereas wee doe find them prsented in ye 6^th prsentmt of ye former Leet in Mr Mr Langtons maiorship & fined on 10s each doe now find them 10s. a peece more if not done in the time fixed vizt.

13. Alderman Addison for not removeing his midding over against widow Mayors in ye ffryergate to ye Annoyance of ye Inhabitants of this towne & fine him in 6s. 8d. if not removed att or before ye last of January.

14. Alderman Addison yt he cause wood or other troughs bee layd for ye carrying of ye watter falling from his Barne or stable on the Backside of widow mares to ye greate Anoyance of Wm Helme & yt ye same be done att or before ye 20^th of ffebry or pay 10s.

15. Mr ffrancks for not scowring his ditch & raising his platt in north meadow lane & like wise John Woods senior adjoyning to ye same for not scoureing his Ditch in ye same lane & if not done between & ye 2^nd of febbry to pay 6s. 8d. a peece.

16. Wm Greenough for not repaireing his fence betwixt his house and widdow Blackburnes to ye prejudice of ye sd widdow Blackburne & if not done betwixt & ye 20^th of January to 3s. 4d.

17. Katherine Maire & James Kitching Execrs to Robert Maire deceased for laying A wood or Lead trough undr their easing lyeing between Richard Whittle & ye Barne which was Wm Walmsleys barber to ye prjudice of ye sd Richard Whitle & if not done att or before ye 20^th of January next to pay 20s.

These psons Wm Gregson & Henry Sheapherd for yt their midding & other excrements falleing from their house of Ease drenching through a Bricke Wall into ye Adjoyneing backside where Mr George Cockshutt & others now dwelleth to their great prejudice yt ye same be carryed away & soe amended yt it be not further a nusance to ye sd neighbours all or before ye 20^th of ffebry next or pay 20s.

25. These psons following for Setting their Carts in the Street to ye greate prjudice of ye Inhabitants of this Towne to pay 3s. 4d. a peece. vizt.

26. These sevrall Highwayes leading to this Towne, vizt Marsh Lane, ffishergate Lane, Ribleton Lane, ffryergate Moore lane, new Hall Lane leading to ffishwicke, Tooketh Hall Lane, ye Poole? upon ye Marsh comonly Called Swansey Gutter, A new stone platt wanting upon ye Ramper on ffryergate moore, Davill Bridge, all ye end of ye Marsh, ffryer Lane & And thinks an Assessment upon this Towne for ye Sume of Sizteen pounds will be a Competent Sume to repaire ye same.

27. Ye Supervisors yt they lay a new stone platt upon the Ramper on ffryergate moore & repaire ye said Cawsey being much out of repaire & yt ye same bee done betwixt & 2^nd of ffebry or pay 40s.

28. Chrofer Greenfeild for stopping an Antient High way where his house is now erected which has been heretofore presented & fyned by severall Juryes soe leave it to ye discretion of ye Maior & Councell to act as they think most fitt for regaineing ye old way.
