2. These psons following for not takeing the Oathes of burgesses of this Towne vizt.

3. John Wood Senior for letting his fence lye downe unrepaired betwixt himself & James Wearden; If not repaired before 1^st of June next do Amerce him in 13s. 4d.

4. The Super Visors of the highway for not repairing the Lane nere the Marsh Well, and if not don[e] betwixt and the 10^th of June to forfeit 20s.

5. These psons following for letting theire Middings lye between the Church gate barrs & the Alms houses there vizt.

Roger Sudell senior Gent, Lawrence Bostocke Senior, Henry Turnley, Thomas Poole.

And if not removed before the 10^th of June next to forfeit each 10s.

6. These psons following for Letting theire Middings lye in the Street at ffryergate Townend vizt.

If not removed as above to paye alsoe 10s. apeece.

7. John Dawson for not Scowring his ditch at bancke head nere the Spring in ffishergate Lane if not Scowred betwixt & the 10^th of June to pay 10s.

8. These psons following for Letting theire Middings Lye att ffishergate Towne end vizt.

Wm Chaddocke, Wm Loxam, John Hodgkinson butcher, George Ratcliffe, Edmund Kelsall.

If not removed as above to pay 10s each.

9. Mr Whitehead for not removeing his wood & rubbigge out of the Street in Churchgate & If not removed within the aforesaid tyme to forfeit 20s.

10. These psons following for not Scouring theire Sevrall Ditches Lying att the bottom of their Crofts Adjoyning to the Sykes. vizt.

And if not fixed & finished betwixt within therefore said tyme of the 10^th of June next to forfeit each 10s.

12. The Supvisors of the Highway for not makeing a Rampier between the Bridge & Lane in ffryer gate Lane nigh Moore yate And if not Sett and finished betwixt and the said 10^th day of June to pay 10s.

13. Ralph Comander for laying a platt over part of John Hatch ditch whereby the water is hindered from its usuall Course. If not removed betwixt & the said 6^th day of June to pay 13s. 4d.

14. John Wood for not Setting Railes before his Sellar at his house end. If not don[e] before the said 10^th day of June to forfeit 10s.

15. Alderman Werden for letting a house unto & harbouring Mary Blackledge an Inmate in the the Sume of 25s.

16. Willm Hayhurst Gent for the like Offense in harbouringe Mrs Hulle? in the like penalty vizt. 25s.

17. John Bayley Senr bricklayer for the Like offence in harbouring Robt ??? in the Sume of Tenn Shillings.
