1. These persons following for not Appearing att this Leet Courte And therefore we Amerce them in 3s. 4d. a peice.

2. Willm Cottam, Willm Eaves and Alexr Gibson doth lay a Midding by the Steele goeing over into Tenter Hey on the Backe of the Dog house and therewith doth Stop the water course goeing through the Vickeridge Ditch that they remove the said Midding betwixt and the first day of March next upon paine of 3s. 4d. a peece.

3. These persons following for pfaining the Lords day by Gaming and Sporting that they pay 12d a peece and be referred to Mr Maior for further punishmt.

4. Katherine Buley harboureth two women as Inmates yt shee remove them forthwith on paymt of 10s.

5. In the Sixth prsentmt of the former Leet in Mr Addisons Mairolly, John Thorp was prsented for harbouring Mary Wright and not being removed according to the prsentmt wee therefore fine the said John Thorp in ___ and that he remove her betwixt and the first day of March next upon paine of 40s.

6. Mr Nicholas Wall hath laid old Thatch Rubbadge or worthen in St Johns weend which Stoppeth the watercourse comeing through on Chorleys Barne, That he remove it betwixt and the 10th of March next upon paine of 6s. 8d.

7. The Causeys on the north Side of St Johns weend are out of repaire, That the persons under named to repaire them severally before theire houses and Barnes before the first of Aprill next on paymt of 10s. a peice.

8. These persons undernamed doe lay middings in St Johns weend to the Annoyance of the Inhabitants of this Towne That they remove them betwixt and the seacond day of March next upon paymt of 3s. 4d. a peece.

9. Mr. John Harrison and Mr. Tho. Gradwell, late Bayliffs, have not planted trees upon the Townes wast Ground, according to an order of the last Guilde; That they sett or plant 20 young trees at the least of Oak, Ash, Elme, Popler or red Withings, betwixt [now] and the seacond day of March next, upon payment of 10s.

10. The wash troughs about this Towne are out of repaire, and the Draw Wells as well as other wells stand need of Clenseing; that the Baliffes repaire the Wash troughs and Clense the Wells before the tenth day of March next, upon payment of tenn shillings.

11. That the Bridge att Broadgate end is out of repaire; that the Bayliffes repaire the same betwixt and the 25th of March next upon paine of 20s.

12. That the Butchers Slaughter and kill meat in the open Shambles And casteth blood and Excremt therein contrary to an order made the last Guild. Wee therefore prsent that they forbear the said offence upon paine to forfeite every pticular pson the sume of 2s. 6d. for every head soe killed or Slaughtered, And that they doe from time to Time keep the Streets before the Shopps cleane or to be left to the discresion of Mr Maior to punish them according to Law.

13. Thomas Cooke by laying of beast Bellies and blood on his Backside in the midding steed causeth a great Anewsance and stench amongst the neighbourhood in the ffishergate; That he remove the said Anewsance betwixt and the 25th of March next upon paine of 10s.

14. Thomas Cooke keepeth a roome in his house Adjoyning to Chrofer Pearsons house very nastily the stench and smell thereof is a great Anewsance to Chrofer Pearson house yt if he cleanse the said room and remove the Newsance betwixt and the first day of March next on paymt of 20s.

15. That severall young men in a list hereto affixed are ffree Burgesses of this Corporacon and have not taken the Oath of A Burgesse; That the said psons come before Mr Maior and take theire Oath betwixt and the first day of Aprill next on paine of 5s a peece.
