3. Thomas Balshawe for not erecting a steele in ye Usuall place leading into Maudland Lane in 6s. 8d. if not erected on or before the tenth of June next.
4. These persons following for turning theire Cows and horses to Graze upon the Marsh and other priviledged pastures belonging to this Burrough, the persons undernamed not being Burgesses in ten shillinds apeece for every fault Comitted.

16. Martin Maybury for throwing dead Carron into a certaine Ditch of Henry Crooks and other places neare adjoyning thereto being a great Annoyance to persons passing on the highway in 20s.
17. These persons following for leaveing theire Carts in the open streets all night being very prjudiciall not only to the Inhabitants of this Towne but alsoe to all Strangers that travell through the same in 6s. 8d. a peece.

23. Henry Turnely for removeing a Yate from an Antient place and for Stopping an Antient ffoot way in the water willowes in 20s if not amended before the twenty fourth of June next.

25. Evan Werden for laying the Gutts and Garbage of ffishes coming from the ffish Stones on the Back of Gin Boes Entry which is a great Annoyance to the Inhabitants there in 6s. 8d.
