1. These psons following for laying theire Middings in the Highway in the Churchgate and at the Churchgate Townend and ordr them to remove the same on or before the tenth of Aprill next vizt.

2. These psons following that they remove theire Middings in St Johns Laine before the tenth of Aprill next vizt.

3. Josiah Wallasy that he make his fence betwixt his house in the fryergate and widdowe Rymers on or before the twenty fifth day of March next.

4. John Hatch for letting his Clay Rubbish and Wood lye in the fryergate and that hee Remove the same on or before the first of March next.

5. James Cowell for laying his Middinge in the Streete and that hee remove the same on or before the first of Aprill next.

6. The Supvisors of the Higham[sic] for not repaireing the Cawsey and Platts and set Stoopes in Ribleton Lane and that they Repaire the same on or before and the first of June next.

9. Henry Graystocke that he make a Sufficient Ditch betwixt Woodhulme and the water upon the Marsh on or before the twentyth day of Aprill next.

10. William Bradley that he mend his platt lyeing to his feild in North meadow laine and that hee raise the same on or before the twentyth of Aprill next.

11. Lawrence Pemberton that he scowre his ditch lyeing to his ffeild in North meadow lane before the twentyth of Aprill next.

12. The Bayliffes that they Repaire the Rampier leading to the Sikes and set Yates at ffryergate and Churchgate Moore on or before the twenty fifth of March next.

13. Richard Thorpe the elder that hee scowre his ditch at the Higher end of his feild in South meadow lane lyeing to the Comon feilds on or before the first of Aprill next.

14. John Salter that he scowre his ditch in Salter Laine on or before the twentyth of March next.

15. Henry Heaton that hee scowre his Ditch in Salter Lane lyeing to the Viccaridge Croft on or before the twentyth of March next.

22. Chrofer Jackson that he mend the Cawsey goeing downe Swillbrooke brow and Sett a Raile to the ffoot bridge goeing over the Brooke on or before the twentyth of Aprill next.
