3. Mr Winstanley for not scowring up his Cop at the side of his waste ground lying to Minspitt weend and is a Comon nusance to the Inhabitants of this Towne goeing that way and doe fyne him in 1l. 6s. 8d. if not throwne upp before the first day of June next.

4. Mr Roger Sudell sen for not throweing the weend which is occasioned by his Midinsteed betwixt the Mill end and the Sickes and fine him in 6s. 8d. if not cleansed before the first day of June.

5. The Bayliffes for not repaireing the Sike Troghs and the Rampier to the said Sike Troughs before the 20^th day of December past according to a prsentmt the last Leet and doe fine them in 1l. 6s. 8d. if not repaired before the 10^th day of June next.

6. The Pinders for neglecting theire Duty in Suffring horses and Geese to pasture upon the Moss & whereby the breake trough into neighbours Grass and Corne and doe fine them in 6s. 8d.

9. The Pinders for suffering people to turne theire scabbd horses upon the Moore and fine them in 20s.

10. Richard Woods for Wattering horses at the Market street well upon Sundays and other days in the weeke and fine him in ten shillings.

11. The Bayliffes for not mending the Streets where wanting and fine them in five pounds if not repaired betwixt this & the 25^th of September.

12. These psons following in 20s apeece for not Enroleing theire Apprentices with the Towne Clerk according to a Guild order.

13. The Supvisors for not repaireing the Cawsey betwixt ffishergate barrs and the Spring head and the Laine called ffryer Laine and likewise the Rampier nere the ffryergate More yate and fyne the, in 1l. 6s. 8d. if not repaired betwixt this and the 8^th of August next.

14. The Supvisors for not mending the Platt in Newhall Laine and doe fine them in 6s. 8d. if not repaired betwixt this and the first of August next.

15. Chrofer Greenfeild Esqre that he doth lay open the Ancient footway leading through a pcell of Land called Hesketh Croft according to an order of the last Guild and fyne him in 20s.

16. Wee fine the Bayliffs in 1l. 6s. 8d. for that they have not sufficiently repaired the Calls upon the Marsh according to a prsentmt of the Inquest of Office.

17. Wm Townend and John Hardman for suffering theire ffamilies to turne downe theire washing Excremt and Sinders in the Streets contrary to a Guild order and fine them in twelve pence apeice.

18. The Butchers for not causeing the Shamble to be cleansed and for killing Sheepe and Calfs out of theire Shops and doe ordr that such of the Butchers as doe breake this ordr shall pay 2s. 6d. a time for every time the breake the same.

19. Robert Harrison employed by Mr Gregson, Mr Whitehead and Mr Hobson in 40s for breaking upp ground & digging sods upon the Peele Moore.

20. John Shakeshaft in 20s for turneing his horses upon the Moore not being ffree in the Towne.
