2. These psons following being returned on ye Jury and not appearing to pay 3s 4d apeece.

3. These psons following for watering theire horses att severall drawe wells in this towne to pay 2s 6d a peece.

5. Ye supvisors to repaire ye ffryer lane, ye cawsey behynd ffryergate barrs, & ye cawsey leading to Spitle moss in xxs. if not done betwixt ye 2nd of ffebr next.

6. Mr James Ashton, Willm Helm & Randle Sherlicar for laying or causing rubbidge to bee laid in ye moore lane and ye lane betwixt pinfould and spitle moss, and to remove ye same betwixt & ye 2nd of ffebr next or to pay xs. a peece.

7. Mr Nicholas Walmsley for not scouring his ditch att ye bottom of ye ffryers as by ye 15th prsentmt in ye last Leet to pay 3s 4d.

8. James Whiteside & Edward Craven senior for not scouring ye ditch lying on ye east side of ye lane betwixt ffryer lane & Maudlands yt they scoure ye same att or before ye seacond of ffebr next or pay vjs. viijd. a peece.

9. John Woods, scavenger for laying muck upon Saypit hill, before Mrs Prestons to pay vjs. viijd.

10. Thomas Cooke for keeping an unruly Saw[Sow] to ye annoyance of the neighbourhood to pay ijs. vjd.

11. Nicholas Watson for laying his timber in ye highway neare to his dwelling house and yt hee make sufficient styles att ye titmouse croft, leading to Greenecrofts before ye 10^th of Janry or to pay vjs. viijd.

12. Henry Hodgkinson for an affray or bloodwipe upon ye wife of John Hall to pay xijd.
