2. Ye lane leading downe to Swillbrooke is out of repaire and ye causey below ye churchgate Barrs nere ye Almshouses, ye long causey on ye more, ye cawsey below fryergate barrs and broadgate lane are all out of repaire and wee think xiijl. vis. viijd. may bee sufficient to repaire them.

3. Yt Tulketh lane, ye ffryer lane and ye causey below ffryergate barrs are not sufficiently repaired and yt ye supvisors of ye highwayes wthin this towne do sufficiently repaire ye same before ye ffirst day of August next upon paine of xls.

4. These psons following for washing beast? meats? and sheepe bellys at ye well nere fryergate barrs to ye great annoyance of ye inhitants there abouts to pay iijs. iiijd. apiece and to be punished at ye discrecon of Mr Maior.

7. Henry Graystocke and George Bennett to suffer their geese to goe upon ye Marsh and yt Henry ffisher and James Holt do putt their fflocks of geese upon Spittle mosse contrary to ye Gild orders therefor to pay every one iijs. iiijd.

8. Ellen Cottam wid yt she contrary to ye Gild orders harboureth John Leach shoemaker being a fforraigner and yt shee remove him before ye first day of August next upon paine of vjs. viijd.

9. These psons for following for laying garbage and ffilth at ye Dungeon dorr to ye annoyance of ye presoners in ye Townes hall and other Inhabitants of this towne and yt they remove ye same before ye xvth of July upon paine of iijs. iiijd apiece.

Alexander Swansey contrary to an ordr in Mr James Hodgkinsons Gild wthout consent of ye Maior and Comon Councell of this towne hath caused sodds to be graven diggen and gotten upon ye more wthin the libtys of this towne and therefore hath forfeited to ye use of this Incorporacon xs. according to yt ordr.

Mr Roger Bannester for yt he contrary to ye peace and well governmt of this incorporacon and contrary to ye oath of a Burgesse did assalt Roger Walshman one of ye servts of this towne in ye execucon of his office by throwing stones at him and knocking him down and wounding him in ye head to ye hazard of his liffe therefore do ffyne him in xs.

14. Yt Thomas Bradley Taylor hath gott sevrall bastards in this towne and hath left them to be maintained at ye towns charge and although he absent himself yet hee keepeth journey men & apprentices to follow ye calling of a Taylor in this towne. And therefore wee thinke it fitt yt all or most of ye said bastard children should bee mainteined out of ye gettings of ye said servts and do leave it to ye consideracon of ye Maior and Councell.
