2. George Addison hath turned his watercourse in ye Sykes nere ye house of Correccon out of its usuall Course to ye annoyance of Mr John Langton yt he turne it into its right Course or through his owne grounds before ye seacond day of ffebr next upon paine of xs.

3. Mr John Langton hath cutt or digged upp Mr George Addisons ground in ye Syles neare ye house of Correccon to ye annoyance of ye said Mr Addison and ye highway and ye highway that ye Inhitants wthin this towne cannot passe but to their prjudice, That ye said Mr Langton make ye said way as good as it formerly hath beene and fill upp ye places that hee hath digged upp, betwixt and ye seacond day of ffebruary next upon paine of xs.

4. Mr John Langton that hee hath a paile at ye backe of his house wch standeth out over ye grounds of John Bayley so yt hee & his famyly cannot so conveniently passe to ye croft on ye backe of his house yt ye said Mr Langton do sett his pale straight & upon his own land in tenn days upon paine of xxs.

5. Nicholas Watson, contrary to ye ordrs of this towne and Mr. Maiors pclamacon by ye bellman, letts his Timber ly in ye street before his house, And his sellar staires are very dangerous for ye inhabitants of this towne to passe in ye night; therefore to pay vis. viijd. for ye time past, and remove his Timber and secure his Celler in tenn days time, upon paine of xxs. [Also] hee Letteth his ffence in ye croft called Bostocke croft Ly downe to ye great annoyance of ye neighbourhood; That he make upp ye said ffence betwixt [now] and ye 15th of January next upon paine of xls.

7. These psons following keepe Greyhounds and course haires contrary to ye statute in that case made and pvided; that they pay according to ye statute:- Randle Chorlicar, Roger Bannester, gen., Richard Woods, John Blackledge, Thomas Bostocke, Thomas Hatch.

8. The highwayes about this towne are very much out of repaire especially Ribleton lane, Newhall lane leading to ffishwick, ye lane Leading to Rible bridge, Corker hole, ye lane leading to broadgate, ye ffryer lane, ye Townend betwixt Mrs Rigbyes house and ye pinfould and to ye Marsh and ye moore lane, and wee do thinke that about viijl. vjs. viijd. may repaire ye same yt ye Maior, Baliffes & Burgesses do take care to gett ye same repaired in reasonable time.

9. John Garlicke, not being a ffreeman in this Corporation, doth suffer his wife to brew and sell Ale, and she refused to let ye Ale founders taste their Ale or measure their Quarts; therefore wee fine ye sd John Garlicke in vis. viijd., And leave it to Mr. Maior and Councell to suppresse him for ye time to come.

10. Thomas Bickerstaffe and Ann his wife do keepe agreat number of swine and do turne them downe ye ffishergate lane to that ye said swine are very hurtfull to ye Inhabitants of this towne especially to such as have grownds yt way In pticular they are annoyance to John Hodgkinson Butcher in getting into his wheat in treading & rooling upp ye soyle, therefore do ffyne him in xiijs. iiijd., And that hee keepe ye same swine upp for ye time to come or to pay xijd. for every swine found in ye lane or street not being a freeman of this corporacon.

11. That Thomas Cottam Taylor did make an affray upon ye body of one Mr Milliard therefore do fine him in iijs. iiijd.

12. That John Moxon did make an affray and bloodwipe upon ye body of Mr Keeling therefore fine him in vjs. viijd.

13. Henry Myers layeth a midding upon ye Cawsey nere widdow Hodgkinsons house at ye Churchgate and that he remove ye sd midding in tenn days and Lay no more dung in that place hereafter upon paine of xs.

14. These psons ffollowing that they cutt their hedges and scoure their ditches in Salter lane therefore wee find them in vjs. viijd.

15. Peter Wilson for that hee brewth and selleth Ale wthout Lycence and not being ffree of this towne And hath done it for some time past therefore wee fine him in xiijs. iiijd.

16. Peter Wilson for selling Ale & keeping Companyes of poore labouring neighbours drinking in his house on ye Sabboth day; therefore to pay vjs. viijd. according to statute and for ye time to come wee leave it to ye Maior & Concell to suppress him for brewing.

17. Robt Spencer for Laying a midding in ye ffryer weend over agt John Holme barne to ye annoyance of ye neighbourhood therefore do ffyne himin vjs. viijd. And that he lay no more dung in ye same place upon paine of vjs. viijd. a time.

18. Willm Tomlinson for laying Rubbage & dung in ye highway betwixt Mr Rigbyes house at ye Townend & ye pinfould; yt hee remove ye same betwixt & ye ffirst of March next upon paine of xxs.

19. Hugh Tootle & Anne Evans yt ye ffence Lyeth downe betwixt their backsides & John Baleys backside that they make upp ye sd ffence betwixt & ye ffirst of ffebruary next upon paine of xs.
