3. John Loxam Butcher for harbouring of John Rollingson and his family and to pay xs.

4. Christopher Dixon for harbouring of Thomas Walmsley Shoemaker and his family to pay xs.

5. Willm Welsh for a blood wipe upon the body of Christopher Woodburne, the said Christopher being one of the Jury, to pay vjs. viijd.

6. Willm Southcoats, Peter Wilson & James Hall for turning their goods to the Comons in Preston being nott ffreemen and to pay xs. a piece.

16. The prsent Balifes for this towne for nott repareing the Cawles upon the Marsh after the side? of the River Called Rible to pay xxs.

17. Elizabeth Loxam widd for an a newsance unto James Cowper at the backe of his now dwelling house to the great damage of the said James Cowper to pay xxs.

18. Willm Chrichley, Edward Hollinghurst, Hugh Simmon and the rest of the farmers of the fishing of Rible for that they fish with unlawfull netts contrary to the Statute. Wee therefore find them in xxs. apiece.
