11. Ye Overseers of ye highways wthin this towne yt they shall pave and sett stoopes along ye Causey leading from ye house of Richard Jolly to ye house of Willm Jolly and yt ye same shall bee putt in repaire before ye xxv^th of March next upon paine of xxs.

12. John Kellet gro[ce]r yt hee pave and putt in repaire and pave ye Causeys two yeards in breadth all along before ye houses of Richard Jolly and Willm Jolly before ye xxv^th of March next upon paine of xs.

13. Ye supvisors of ye highways wthin this towne that they put into repaire ye stepps leading downe from ye house of Richard Jolly towards ye A[l]mshouse before ye xxv^th of March next upon paine of xs.

14. Robt Serjeant for Laying his worthing upon ye wast nere unto ye Scholehouse wch is to ye prjudice of ye ffootway, wee therefore ordr ye same to bee removed before ye seacond of ffebr next upon paine of xs.

16. Ye supvisors of ye highways wthin this towne yt they repaire ye lane at Cockerhole along from ye fflagged Cawsey to ye scholehouse before ye xxv^th of March next upon paine of xxs.

17. Thes psons following that before ye xxv^th of March next they remove their middings in St Johns weend and that they pave their causey wch are in decay and have formrly beene paved ovr agt their sevrall houses & barnes otherwise to pay xs. apiece.

19. Anne Pasley wife of Thomas Pasley for makeing an assault and drawing blood upon ye body of John Leach and therefore do fine her in vs.

20. Edward Gregson for yt not being a freeman of this Corporacon doth turne a scab'd horse upon ye Comon, wee therefore do fyne him in iijs. iiijd.

21. Nicholas Watson for laying his timber in a certaine street called friergate to ye great annoyance of ye Inhitants, And yt he pay for ye sd offence vs., And yt hee remove ye same before ye xxv^th of March next upon paine of xxs.

22. Ralph Booth for yt hee has turned a watr course lying over agt Mr Prestons out of its usuall Corse to ye great annoyance of John Hatch, wee therefore Ordr yt he turnes ye same watrcourse into its usuall current before ye 25th of March next upon paine of xs.
