1. These psons following for that they did not appeare at this Leet Cort therefore to pay sevrally as is set downe.

2. Willm Walsh doe at or before ye 25th of March next fall his hedge, scour his ditch and set astile in its accustomed place betwixt his grounds and the gounds of Mr Nowell otherwise to pay vjs. viijd.
3. Mr Willm Rushton doe at or before the twelth day of ffebruary next cause his ditch to bee scoured and also to sett two stiles in the accustomed places in the ground he occupyeth undr Mr Ashton of Littlewood? lying upon Avenham Otherwise to pay vjs. viijd.
4. John Cumbrall doe at or before the 12th of ffebr next cause to bee Cutt and falln his hedge at the side of his field in ye more lane being prjudiciall to the high way or els to pay vis viijd.

7. Elizabeth Ryley wid for that she hath not caused to bee made upp her fences betwixt her and Arthur Bostocke according to ye time given her by this Jury therefore to pay iijs. iiijd., and if not done before the xijth of ffebr next to pay ye further sume of 3s. 4d.
8. The way and bridge Leading out of ye grounds of Mr Hadison? into Dawbancke are in decay and if not amended before ye seacond of ffebr next to pay xs.
9. These psons hereafter named have setled themselves as Comon Inhitants not haveing their ffreedom of the Maior and Councell of this towne therefore wee prsent them to Mr Maior to take such care herein as hee and his Councell shall thinke ffitt.

10. These milnrs as trnsgressors agt ye Law in takeing unreasonable toll or moulter of Corne, therefore to bee punished accordingly

11. Mr Maior cause to bee brought before him their toule dishes to cause them to be made tight and sealed as othr measured.
- A "toule" or "toll" dish was used to measure the meal taken as pay for grinding at the mill.
12. Rich: Woods at or before the xijth of ffebr next not only remove his midding at ye south end of ye house of John Townend in St Johns weend but also cause ye same to bee filled upp over wch ye Cawsey otherwise to pay xls. for every month after ye same shall remaine and not filled upp wth Sand or Rubbidge ye same being dangerous for man and goods.
13. Mr Willm Sudell shall cause his ditch to be scoured and ye gripps to bee opened ye same being agreat prjudice to ye high way through his field on Avenham Leading downe to ye waterside betwixt ye Littlewalks and the field calld Comon Capp at or before the xijth day of ffebr next otherwise to pay vjs. viijd.
14. Eliza Makin that hee make a good Copp and Rampier at ye bottom of ye Sykes and so wynd and keepe ye same upp that it may be a sufficient ffootway and also lay such bridges as belongs to ye same or as ye same shall require for ye better uphoulding and prserving of ye said way at or before ye seacond day of ffebr next otherwise to pay xxs.
15. These psons following that they Lopp their hedges, scoure their ditchs, set platts at their sevrall closes on both side a lane called Broad gate lane as the prsent supvisors shall think fitt at or before the 21st of ffebr next otherwise to pay xs. apiece & xxs. apiece for every weeke after till ye same bee ordred as above.

Willm Tomlinson take away ye Dung from ye backe of his now dwelling house at or before the xijth of ffebr next and take such care in the ordring of the sd midding stead yt ye same bee not hereafter prjudiciall to ye barnes & buildings of Mrs Langton as also do connect & turne ye excremts runing from ye Swine cotes & house of office being lately erected to ye great nuzance & prjudice of ye sd Mrs Langton otherwise to pay xxs.
