1. These psons hereundr named for not appearing at Cort Leet holden 3rd May 1671
Roger Myers, James Harrison, Johes ffranckland, Willm Blackborne, Roger Mosse, John Mosse, Robte Blackleach.
2. John Marsh gen for yt hee hath not cause a channell to bee made adioyning to his swine coates nere Minspitt well whereby to convey ye ffilth and watr running from ye said Swine coates in annoyance of ye said well yt hee amend ye same at or before ye xxiiijth day of June next or els to bee amerced in xs & so xs for every fortnights neglect after.
3. Henry Graistocke for suffring his swine & beasts to pasture upon ye Marsh vijs. viijd. and for every such defalt after warning given him vjs. viijd. ye third part of every such fine to bee paid to ye pindrs.
4. George Bennet for not causing ye watercorse to be made in its right way leading from ye Marsh lane to ye milne ye sume of xls a month in so neglecting.
5. George Bennet being occupyer of Marsh milne for want of aplatt laying leading betwixt hole house and ye said mill ye sume of 40s amonth.
6. George Bennet for not haveing a Clow? at ye said mill ye sume of xs aweeke so neglecting ater warning given him.
7. Robte Loxam for a bloodwipe in breakeing Ellen Gregsons head ye sume of 3s. 4d.
8. Thomas Wiggans and Richard Taylor for geting whinns upon te Spittle mosse in ye Sume of iijs. iiijd apiece and for so offending after warning ye sume of vjs. viijd. apiece.
9. Ye Balives of this towne for not causeing ye way in Cocker Hole to bee amended in ye sume of vjs. viijd.
10. Hugh Martin and Willm Crichley wth the rest of ye ffishers - dor yt theire netts for fishing wthin ye River of Rible are unlawfull and contrary to ye statute in yt case pvided, in ye sume of £5, and for so offending after warning given them £10 for every month.
11. Elizabeth Woodhouse for yt her midding stead & house or office adioyning to Willm Weardons Backside ye filth thereof is of great annoyance to ye said Willm Weardon in coming into his backside therefore wee find her in ye Sume of xls and for every month not amending ye same after warning given ye sume of vjs. viijd.
12. These psons hereafter named for yt they paid not pindrs for attending theire beasts upon ye Marsh ye sume of xijd apiece yt is to say Henry Myers, Nicholas Cunliffe, John Dawson and James Taylor.
13. Lawrence Coop yt hee cause a sufficient style to bee made goeing forth of the two butts at or before tomorrowe at night being ye xxviith day of June instant after warning given upon neglect to pay 5s a day.
