Yt upon prusall of fformr prsentmts sevrall psons in this towne have made incroachmts upon ye towne by Celler staires and railes and it more plainly apeares in ye 16th prsentmt of ye last Jury Leet and have been afeared to bee rented but as yet doe not find yt they are rented wee therefore desire Mr Maior & his Councell to view over ye prsentmts and casue ye said Incroachmts to bee rented wth all possible speed yt the townes Revenewes may not bee impaired through theire neglect.

44. Henry Graistocke hath incroached upon ye townes land on ye Marsh as doth appeare by ye 51st & 52nd prsentmt of ye last Jury of inquest and yt ye said Incroachmt one of them is rented & ye other not rented. Therefore wee desire Mr Maior and his Councell to cause ye rent gathered & ye other Incroachmt rented or pulled downe at theire discrecon according to ye said prsentmt.

45. Mr John Wearden yt hee repaire his barne standing on ye moore side wch is very much in decay before ye 24th of June upon paine of xxs.

Mr Thomas Patten for yt hee hath not repaired ye house on ye Moore side wch was formrly Wm Baleys according to ye time given him in ye 39th prsentmt of ye last Jury of Inquest therefore forfeited 40s & yt hee shall sufficiently repaire ye said house before ye 24th June next upon paine of ye like sume of xls.

Widdowe Sumpner and Thomas Sumpner of ye Syke hill yt they have not repaired theire houseing standing upon ye townes Land according to ye time given according to ye 41 prsentmt of ye last Jury of Inquest therefore have forfeited 20s apiece and yt they repair ye said houseing sufficiently before ye 24th of June next upon paine of 20s apiece.
