1. These psons following that they shall remove theire middings behind the Churchgate barrs at or before the fifteenth day of May next upon paine of vjs. viijd. apiece.

40. The wife of Robte Baley yt shee repaire her house ____ side wch is very much in decay at or before the twenty ffourth of June ______ paine of xs.
41. Widdow Sumpner of the Syke hill & Thomas _______ her son that they repaire theire housing standing upon the townes land ____ ye 24th of June next upon paine of xxs. apiece.
42. Nicholas Wadson for laying his timber in the street nere unto his house, and likewise for laying Timber in the MarKet place, to ye great annoyance and danger of the Kings maties people and contrary to ye last guild ordr, hath forfeited ye sume of xs., and he shall remove ye said Timber according to ye said Guild Ordr therein menconed upon the penalty therein specified.
43. Henry Bretherton & Mr Willm Holden for laying a midding of Dunge in the highway nere the titmouse croft in the ffryergate weend leading both to the Church and Market to ye great annoyance of the people yt useth that way and therefore have forfeited the sume of 6s 8d. And yt they remove ye said midding and lay noe more there at or before the xxth of March next upon paine of xiijs. iiijd. apiece.
44. That the bridge at the end of the broadgate lane being many times repaired yet in a short time is brought to decay by ye force of the water wch comes often upon it and for yt ye passage is very dangrous over it at high water where ye usefullnes of it is most necessary to ye people that passe that way, wee therefore think it is most advantageous to ye towne yt an Arch of stone be made over ye said Watercourse for prventing of the danger yt soe & may arrose for want thereof, And that ye now Balives doe cause the same done accordingly at or before the first day of August next upon paine of xls.
45. Mr John Marsh for that he hath lately build tow Swine Coates wch the Dung & pisse that cometh from the Swine is a great annoyance and odi[o]us to the highway and to ye minspitt well, And that hee according to ye xxxiijth prsentmnt of ye Last Jury Leet hath forfeited the sume of xxs., And that the said John March shall remove the said Annoyance that it bee not in anywise prjudiciall either to ye highway or the same well at or before the xth of Aprill next upon paine of xls.
46. Willm Charnock, Thomas Walmsley Butcher, and John Helm, junr., very frequently and usually water theire horses at ye draw well at ye lower end of the fryergate, to ye great annoyance of the neighbors wch use the same well; therefore wee amerce them in the sevrall sumes of vjs. viijd. apiece, And yt ye said psons and every of them and all other psons shall forbeare to committ ye like offence at any time hereafter, upon paine of every one soe offending ye sume of vjs. viijd. apiece.
47. The now balives that they have not repared ye Causey adioyning to Mrestons new brickwall according to ye 15th prsentmt of ye last Jury Leet and that they have fforfeited the sume of vjs viijd, And yt ye said Balives shall repaire the said Causey at or before the 24th of June next upon paine of xiijs. iiijd.
48. The heires, ffeoffees and occupants of the water milne formerly belonging to Mr Edmund Wearden deceased that they have not according to ye 35 prsentmt of the Jury Leet houlden the 22nd of Aprill, 1667 lade two stone platts over the water Courses betwixt the Marsh milne and the holehouse according to ye time given them and therefore have forfeited ye sume of xls, And that ye said heiries, ffeoffees or occupants shall cause good stone platts to be laid over the said water courses at or before the first of August next upon paine of iijl. vjs. viijd.
49. Henry Garystocke for laying his midding upon ye Marsh over agt his house Doore contrary to sevrall prsentmts heretofore made against him & yt hee shall remove ye said midding before the first of May next upon paine of xs, And that he forbeare to lay any more dung there upon paine of xxs amonth for every month soe offending.
50. The now Balives yt they cause ye Goose well, ye Minspitt well & the 4 draw wells to bee sufficiently cleansed on or before ye ffirst of May next upon paine of xxs.
51. According to sevrall prsentmts heretofore made that these sevrall psons hereudr named have beene prsented for theire sevrall Incroachmts and sellr staires railes porches and Bulkes and some of them rented and not paid and other of them not rented and therefore wee referr ye same wch are not rented to bee rented according as ye Maior and his Councell shall thinke fitt.

52. Henry Graystocke hath incroached more at the Marsh side upon ye towns wast by another Incorachmt being 3yrds long & 2 yrds broad, Therefore to bee rented by Mr Mayor or his Councell or otherwise to be pulled downe if they thinke fitt.
53. Henry Chorley that hee hath incroached upon the townes wast in setting upp apaire of Stone Stepps at ye end of his now kilne in ye Weend at the North end of the towne and therefore to be rented at ye discrecon of the Maior and Councell.
54. John Cottam has in-Croached in yet Market place by erecting a bulke before the shopp windowe now in possion [possession] of Timothy Woodward, being 2 yrds and a half long and one yard broade, and therefore to be rented at ye discrecon of Mr. Maior and his Councell.
