70. Thomas Shapheard hath had an incroachmt from ye townes waste adioyning to his garden and hath set quicke trees and Laid wood and Rubbidge upon ye waste neere his house. And suffring the same to continue for along space of time now past and doe Amerce him in xxs. 71. Thomas Shepheard for suffring his geese constantly to pasture upon ye Marsh contrary to a late Guild ordr. And find him to have forfeited by ye said ordr 3s 4d.

By ye 34th prsentmt of ye Jury of Inquest taken 2nd day of March, Anno Caroli Secundus Augustus 15th year, Mr Willm Shawe was to remove an house of office wch he hath Erected undr ye easing dropp of Ralph Shorrock before ye 24th day of June then next following upon paine of xxs. wch is not yet removed wch is a great newzance in ye Buttery of ye said Ralph Shorrocke wee therefore ordr yt yr said Mr Willm Shawe shall cause ye said house of office removed before ye 1st day of July next upon paine of xls. and also upon ye ffurther paine of xs. amonth for every menth yt ye said house of office shall not thereafter be removed.

Elizabeth Woodhouse widd for yt by ye Laying of Middings & ahouse of office ye breeke Wall of Willm Wearden sen is decayed and burst down and that by ye Watery Excrement Squizeing and breaking through ye said wall a great newzance and bad smell cometh upon ye backside of ye said Willm Weardens house.
