31. That the now Balives shall set Stoopes and Railes at Davell bridge upon the Marsh for the prservacon of the Ramper and shall winde and stake as neede required before the xxth of May upon paine of xs.

33. The now Balives that they shall hange the north moore yate and put the same in good repaire and winde and stake to keepe the water in its usuall Corse at or before the xvth of March upon paine of xs.

George Hodgkinson, Roger Charnocke the occupiers of Mr Luke Hodgkinsons estate, Mary Townend and the rest of the Inhitants there for not repairing the causey on the peele moore and the ffoote bridge neere Riddley crosse and the rest of the repaired there at or before the first of May next upon paine of every pson vjs. viijd. apiece.
39. Mary Townend widdowe that she shall scowre her ditch at the moore side betwixt George Hodgkinson and her field adioyning to the lane leading betwixt Mr Luke Hodgkinsons house and George Hodgkinsons house at or before the xxth of Aprill next upon paine of vjs. viijd.
40. John Hodgkinson that hee scowre his ditch at the west side of the Intackes at the mooreside leading betwixt the laine there and Baleys brooke at or before the xxth of Aprill next upon paine of vjs. viijd.
41. Mr Roger Sudell of Wiggan house that he scowre his ditch at Sudell ffield side to the Lane there are or before the 15th of APrill next upon paine of vjs. viijd.
42. Mr Robte Hesketh for his incroachmt at his house at the moore side six yards in Length and foure yards in breadth and to be rented at the discrecon of Mr Maior and his Councell.
43. Henry Graystocke that he hath laid a midding upon the Marsh over against his house contrary to the 34th prsentmt of the last inquest and therefore hath forfeited the sume of 10s And that ye said Henry Graystocke shall remove the said midding at or before the xxth of May next upon paine of xxs.
44. The now balives shall cause a pticon wall erected to make a sepacon (seperation) wthin the pinfould to keepe sheepe from other Cattle from harme and desruccon and likewise for to rpair there in needfull places according to the 12th prsentmt of the last Jury of Leete at or before the 24th of June next upon paine of xxs.
45. Thomas Dolphin for that he hath incroached upon the townes land in erecting a Cottage at the northside of the pinfould in being nine yards longe and seaven yards broade wch is left to Mr Maior and Councell to be rented.
46. Mr Thomas Patton that he hath not repaired the house on the moore side wch was formerly Willm Baleys according to the time given him in the 44th prsentmt of the last Inquest and therefore have forfeited the sume of xs. And that the said Thomas Patton shall sufficiently repair the said house at or before the 24th of June upon paine of xxs.
47. Widdowe Gradwell and Widdowe Sumpnr of the sike hill for that they have not repaired theire houses standing upon the townes land according to the time given them in the 11th prsentmt of the last Jury of Inquest therefore have already forfeited the sume of xxs apiece and that the said Widdow Graddell & Widdow Sumpner shall sufficiently repaire the said housing at or before the 1st of August next upon paine of xxs apiece.
48. According to ye 2nd prsentmt of the last Jury Leete that John Willary is in possession of a house and a pcell of land lying in frier weend wch formrly was John Jamesons and wch said John Jameson according to ye 25th prsentmt of the last Jury of Inquest hath Incroached at the west end of his house 6 yeards in length and at the upper end 3 yeards in bredth, therefore wee finde that the said John Willary shall be rented at the discrecon of Mr Maior and Councell for the said Incroachmt otherwise to be pulled downe at or before the 24th of June next upon paine of 40s.
48(sic). According to the 50th prsentmt of the Jury of Inquest and the 2nd prsentmt of the Jury of the Leete that these psons hereundr written have been prsented for theire sevrall Incroachmts of sellr staires and Rales but never as yet rented And left to the discrecon of Mr Maior & his Councell to be rented.

49. According to the 29th? prsentmt of the last Jury of Leete that Edward Taylor stands prsented by the 23th prsentmt of the Jury of Leete sworne the 30th day of March 1657 for an incroachmt at his shopp in the ffriargate wch is in length 3 yeards and a halfe & halfe a yeard in breadth. And likewise John Kay by the vith prsentmt of the Jury of the Inquest sworne the 9th day of ffebruary 1659, also stands prsented of another Incroachmt upon the townes land wch is 5 yeards in bredth and 3 yeards in Length hath done and doe now stand unrented wch is left at the discrecon of Mr Maior & his Councell to be rented.
