24. Thomas Burches doth suffer this watercourse to be stopt leading to Davel Lane to ye Annoyance of Sevrall of his neighbrs Yt he shall lay the same open before ye 20th of December or to pay 3s. 4d.
25. Mr James Ashton yt he scowres his ditch at ye end of Roper croft & yt he open ye watercourse yt soe ye water may be drawne of wch is a greate Annoyance to ye way & yt ye some be done to wthin 10 dayes or to pay for his neglect vjs. viijd.
