17. Evan Rogerson that his trees doe hange over the house of John Singleton & also ovr his garden to the great Annoyance & hinderance of the said John Singleton & Lawrence Coop therefore that the said Evan shall cause his trees cutt wthin tenn dayes or to pay vjs. viijd.

20. That Davell Bridge & ye 2 cawles upon the march are out of Repaire & that the Balives shall take care for theire Repearacon wthin four dayes after notice or to forfeit vjs. viijd.

21. Henry Hetherington doth not keepe open his watercourse at the west end of Mr Prestons Kilne accordinge to ye Ancient custome yt ye same shall be laide open wthin eight dayes after notice or to pay iijs. iiijd. & for every weeke followinge to pay one shillinge.

22. Ye now Balives shall repaire the Causeyway & Rayles leadinge betwixt Mr Prestons and the pinfould wthin three weekes after notice or to pay vjs viiid.

23. Yt the Streetes aremuch out of Repaire & ye Balives shall take care to see them amended wthin 10 dayes after notice or to pay iijs. iiijd.

24. Thomas Burches doth suffer this watercourse to be stopt leading to Davel Lane to ye Annoyance of Sevrall of his neighbrs Yt he shall lay the same open before ye 20th of December or to pay 3s. 4d.

25. Mr James Ashton yt he scowres his ditch at ye end of Roper croft & yt he open ye watercourse yt soe ye water may be drawne of wch is a greate Annoyance to ye way & yt ye some be done to wthin 10 dayes or to pay for his neglect vjs. viijd.

26. Willm Audland for yt he hath cast out his Excremts into ye backside of the Bull to ye great annoyance of the inhabitants next adioyning & therefore to pay 3s. 4d.

27. These psons followinge are at Lawfull yeares & ought to take the oath of Burges but as yet have not, therefore yt they shall wthin one weeke after notice given them by the Serjeant come before Mr Maior & take ye said oath or to fforfeite eny of them iijs. iiijd.
