Presentments:-

1. John Burton that he remove his Middinge beinge at his house and before ye 25th of March upon paine of 6s 8d.

2. Ye now Bailiffes that they shall hange a yate at the east end of ye Moore before the 25th of March upon paine of 6s 8d.

3. Ye occupiers of Mr Ashton land at the east end of the towne that they remove the earth that is falen into ye highway in Ribleton lane before ye 25th of March in paine of 6s 8d.

4. Mr James Hodgkinson that hee scowre his ditch all alonge ye side of ye field in Ribleton lane lyinge to ye lane side before ye 25th of March upon the paine of 6s 8d.
